I am now billing Auto Owners Insurance for anyone that has had an auto accident and sustained injuries that cause chronic pain. If your Dr. has let you know that s/he supports massage therapy for pain, bring in the Rx with the diagnostic codes and I'll bill it. If you'd like your Dr. to support massage therapy, come and see me and we'll talk. I do medical massage/manual therapy which is specifically tailored for pain relief. You don't need to go through life with disabling pain that interrupts your life. There is treatment for it.
Please bring:
* Your ins. card
* The Doctor's prescription
* The HICFAA diagnostic codes with frequency and number of treatments
You will not pay anything for these treatments.
For other conditions, if you have health ins., I will need you to bring in the same things. The Dr. can precribe medical massage for:
*Sciatica
*Headaches
*Scar tissue
*Disc problem
*Muscle pain
*FMS
*Migraine
*CTS
and more.... Just call me to find out. I will tell you if I don't think I can help you. I will bill your ins. and we'll see if they cover it. If not, I will only ask for 1/2 of the cash price from you. In the meantime, you will definitely feel better.
