Bone Follows Muscle

Your body works as one whole unit of course.  There is no separation between bones and muscles.  But the anatomical fact IS, your bones follow your muscles.  Your muscles make up the majority of the weight of your body.  Your muscles hang on your bones and are filled with blood, unless there is an adhesion.  At the point of the adhesion, the muscle has ceased to flow properly.

There is no point whatsoever of just focusing on aligning the bone.  The bones are pulled out of alignment by deep soft tissue contraction.  It thus follows that the remedy is to address the deep tissue contraction so the bone will be freed up to align on it's own.  There is no need to force it into alignment.  And it should not be forced into alignment if the soft tissue is contracted.  If it is forced, it will hurt to connective tissue further.

If you are having muscle pain, you need to go see a medical massage therapist who is certified and experienced.  We work with the diagnosis of your M.D., D.O.,  D.N, or N.D. to make sure you get on your feet.  I bill insurance and have a pricing structure so that you can afford to come in for the amount of visits you need.
